Integration Type: Two-way integration for seamless user experience. Users can send, track, and receive signed documents all within the ContractZen solution itself, without needing to navigate to a separate service provider's site.

Pricing: Prices depend on the eSign solution provider.

VDR Pricing**
Basic VDR: Free for the first 30 days, then $9.80 (9€) per month.
Pro VDR: $49 (45€) per month.

AI Subscription***
The AI subscription is account-based. An admin must grant user permissions to utilize AI features. With an AI subscription, purchased from the ContractZen store, you gain access to the AI Assistant and Metadata Extraction functionality. You can use Metadata Extraction to automatically capture key information from contracts, whether you're uploading individual documents or importing multiple contracts at once with the Mass Import tool.

Data Delivery****
We will deliver your data (with the metadata) to you electronically in a structured form. The Advanced subscription includes 4 free data exports per calendar year. Additional data exports cost 75€/$85 per delivery.

All prices are VAT exclusive. VAT will be added to EU customers based on the Member State VAT rate where the customer is located, unless a valid VAT number is provided.
